Establishing a prosperous world requires crucial role from NAM: Prime Minister Dahal



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has emphasized the pivotal role of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) for a just and prosperous world.

Addressing the 19th Summit of NAM held in Kampala, Uganda, on Friday, the Prime Minister stated that NAM is poised to play a significant and just role in sustainability and prosperity.

Prime Minister Dahal underscored the continual values, significance, and principles upheld by NAM, considering them sacred for Nepal.

He made it clear that adhering to these values would guide the world towards peace, harmony, and prosperity.

Prime Minister Dahal emphasized the potent role of NAM in fostering cooperation, making it a strong force for achieving worldwide prosperity through collaborative efforts.

He conveyed that NAM should serve as an instrument for global advancement and urged nations to unite, creating an environment where the benefits of collective endeavors reach every country equally.

Prime Minister Dahal envisioned an environment conducive to shared progress, where the results of collective efforts are accessible to all nations.

He expressed his commitment to engaging in political dialogues and diplomatic means to seek a lasting solution for peace and security in a world marked by the consequences of new and old dualities.
