Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Most foreign currencies have appreciated, including the US dollar, Australian dollar, and dinar, while some, such as the euro and pound sterling, have depreciated on Friday.

According to the exchange rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134.22 rupees, with a selling rate of 134.82 rupees.

This reflects an increase from yesterday’s buying rate of 134.10 rupees and selling rate of 134.70 rupees.

For the euro, the buying rate today is set at 146.85 rupees, with a selling rate of 146.50 rupees. This is a change from yesterday’s buying rate of 146.04 rupees and selling rate of 146.70 rupees.

The buying rate for one pound sterling today is 174.67 rupees, and the selling rate is 175.45 rupees. This is a slight decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 175.52 rupees and selling rate of 175.31 rupees.

Today, the buying rate for one Australian dollar is 89.93 rupees, while the selling rate is 90.34 rupees, compared to yesterday’s buying rate of 89.64 rupees and selling rate of 90.04 rupees.

Lastly, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar remains at 438.15 rupees, with a selling rate of 440.11 rupees. This is an increase from yesterday’s buying rate of 437.38 rupees and selling rate of 439.33 rupees.

For the Bahraini dinar, the buying rate today is 356.00 rupees, and the selling rate is 357.59 rupees, up from yesterday’s buying rate of 355.69 rupees and selling rate of 357.28 rupees.
