Finance Minister Pun encourages US investors to engage in Investment Summit

WASHINGTON DC: Finance Minister Barshaman Pun, presently in the United States, has urged American investors to explore investment prospects in Nepal by actively participating in the ongoing investment conference set to occur on April 28-29.

Minister Pun made this call during a roundtable discussion convened by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC.

Accompanied by officials from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, representatives from US AID, and Nepal’s Ambassador to the US, among others, graced the event hosted in the USA.

Moreover, numerous American firms currently involved in investments in Nepal were also present at the event.

The third Nepal Investment Summit 2024, aimed at fostering foreign investment in Nepal, is slated for April 28th and 29th.
