14 passengers injured as bus veers off bridge in Salyan



KATHMANDU: A bus traveling from Dang to Rukum (Ra 1 Kha 2085) was involved in an accident in Bhag Chaur Municipality-2 of Salyan, resulting in injuries to 14 passengers.

The bus veered off a bridge, as reported by Kubar Kadayat, Police Chief of Lumbini Province.

Among the injured, four individuals are in critical condition.

Rescue operations led by Nepal Police and local residents are currently underway, with the injured being transported to nearby local and district hospitals for medical treatment.

Further details regarding the circumstances surrounding the accident are pending investigation.
