KMC organizing cancer screening camp from today

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is conducting cancer screening camp starting today.

In the camps, the KMC is going to conduct free screening for breast and cervical cancer and fertility-related ailments.

The camp will run throughout the month of Baisakh (until mid-May) at the urban health promotion center of the metropolis.

Accordingly, various dates have been assigned for different wards of the metropolis.

Furthermore, free tests will be conducted at Civil Hospital, Min Bhawan, in Kathmandu for women who need further examination, as follow up to the tests carried out at the camp.
