Pokhara nightlife to operate round the clock starting today



KATHMANDU: Following the government’s designation of Pokhara as the ‘Tourism Capital,’ night businesses such as clubs, discos, and live music venues will now have permission to operate throughout the night, starting from Sunday.

The announcement was made by Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Surendra Raj Pandey, during an event organized to mark the declaration.

According to Pandey, bars, restaurants, spas, and grocery shops in areas like Lakeside, Prithvi Chowk, Mahendra Pul, and Chipledhunga will be allowed to operate until 1 am.
