RPP-Nepal convenes CWEC meeting on Saturday



KATHMANDU: The Central Work Executive Committee (CWEC) of Kamal Thapa-led Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) is scheduled to meet today in Kathmandu.

According to General Secretary Rajaram Bartaula, the CWEC meeting will focus on reviewing the implementation status of decisions made by the Central Working Committee, training conducted in the seven provisions, the organizational status of the party, future plans, and discussions on building a broad democratic front.

He shared that Chairman Thapa will present his perspective on the recent political events in the country and outline the party’s future direction during the meeting.

Previously, the Central Committee meeting of the party had decided to engage in a movement for constitutional and systemic change, considering the prevalent system’s failure in the issues of democracy, secularism, and federalism.
