One killed in motorcycle accident in Nawalparasi



NAWALPARASI: A 21-year-old youth lost his life in a motorcycle accident on the Kaligandaki Corridor in Bulingtar, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East).

The accident occurred last night at Bhagbari in Bulingtar Rural Municipality-2 when the motorcycle lost control.

The deceased, identified as Bikash Thapa from Devghat Rural Municipality-2, Naram, in Tanahun, was critically injured and succumbed to his injuries during treatment this morning, according to the police.

Thapa was riding a motorcycle (registration number Na27Pa 248) heading towards Gaindakot from Bulingtar when the accident took place.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Jeshi Shah from the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), stated that Thapa passed away while undergoing treatment at Bharatpur Medical College. Further investigations into the incident are underway.
