KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Friday).
According to NRB, the value of the US dollar and Bahraini dinar remains stable, while many other foreign currencies have experienced a decline.
For today, the buying rate for the US dollar is fixed at NPR 134.02, and the selling rate is NPR 134.62. These rates are the same as yesterday’s.
The European Euro has a buying rate of NPR 147.58 and a selling rate of NPR 148.24. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 147.72 and the selling rate was NPR 148.38.
The British pound is priced at NPR 172.34 for buying and NPR 173.11 for selling. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 172.12 and the selling rate was NPR 172.89.
For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 88.86 and the selling rate is NPR 89.26. Yesterday’s rates were NPR 88.80 for buying and NPR 89.20 for selling.
The Kuwaiti dinar is set at a buying rate of NPR 438.19 and a selling rate of NPR 440.15. Yesterday, the buying rate was NPR 437.93 and the selling rate was NPR 439.89.
The Bahraini dinar remains stable with a buying rate of NPR 355.56 and a selling rate of NPR 357.15, unchanged from yesterday.
