Prabhu Sah’s IT Army protests against DoFE

KATHMANDU: The IT Army, affiliated with Prabhu Sah-led Am Janata Party, staged a protest against the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) on Sunday.

The protestors gathered in front of DoFA’s premises to voice their opposition.

During the protest, Chandrabhushan Sah, Chairperson of the IT Army, emphasized the need for justice for victims of foreign employment.

He stated that the protest was essential to address the grievances of those adversely affected by illegal practices in the foreign employment sector.

He warned that unless illegal activities involving embezzlement of funds and exploitation of foreign employment victims are stopped, their movement will continue.

The protestors accused the government of failing to provide jobs to unemployed youths within the country and criticized the authorities for not effectively preventing the exploitation of laborers, among other allegations.
