PM Dahal vows entrepreneurship promotion and economic reforms through private sector engagement



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has emphasized the promotion of entrepreneurship through private sector participation.

Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony for the ‘Golf Championship’ organized by Barhakhari Media in Pokhara, he announced plans to launch thousands of startup and entrepreneurship programs.

PM Dahal highlighted the need for policy-level reforms to address issues such as low credit flow, declining middle-class consumption, and low capital expenditure.

He assured that the government would undertake activities aimed at achieving good governance, social justice, and prosperity for the nation.

The reconstitution of the government has already resulted in positive changes in the share market, indicating the government’s commitment to strengthening the country’s economic condition.

PM Dahal outlined key priorities, including creating employment opportunities, reducing dependency on imports, and doubling the number of tourists.

Furthermore, he pledged to uphold freedom of expression and ensure accountability across all state structures to enhance public service delivery and make it more citizen-friendly.

PM Dahal expressed his enthusiasm and commitment to initiating and completing various projects, emphasizing the new power equation established to achieve these goals.
