Will block people who calls me ‘Maha Nayak’ on Facebook: Deepakraj Giri

KATHMANDU: Actor, director, and producer Deepak Raj Giri is no stranger to making headlines with his social media posts.

This time, his latest post on Friday has sparked discussion. Giri made a request to his followers, asking them not to refer to him as “Mahanayak” (Superstar) on social media.

Giri, who previously led a boycott campaign when ‘Chhakkapanja 5’ was released, has now issued a warning: “If anyone continues to address me as “Mahanayak,” I will block them on Facebook.”

In his post, Giri clarified that he never claimed the title of “Mahanayak” and does not wish to be addressed as such.
