People’s attraction towards Maoist Center increasing: Barshaman Pun



KATHMANDU: Deputy General Secretary of Maoist Center Barshaman Pun has asserted that there has been a noticeable increase in public support for his party recently.

Speaking at a commemoration event for the late leader Post Bahadur Bogti at the party’s central office in Parisdanda, Pun noted that the Maoists are becoming more established and attracting greater interest from the public.

Pun, who also served as a former minister, encouraged the public not to be concerned about the Maoist Center.

He expressed confidence that the party will continue to grow stronger and more capable in the future, urging Nepalis not to be misled or deceived.

The leader highlighted that the government, led by his party president Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ has begun efforts to revitalize and rebrand democracy, taking significant steps towards improving governance.

Pun also praised the previous government’s measures against corruption and exploitation, emphasizing that these actions have resonated well with the Nepali people.
