NEPSE index soars to 3,013.38 with Rs 7.17 billion turnover in first 47 minutes



KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index has made a notable leap today, surpassing the 3,000-point threshold, a key psychological level.

Currently, the index stands at about 3,013.38 points, showing a substantial gain of 1.88%, or 55.62 points.

Earlier in the session, it even peaked at 3,023.51 points.

In just the first 47 minutes of trading, NEPSE has recorded a turnover of NPR 7.17 billion, indicating a highly active trading period.

This significant rise and turnover suggest strong market enthusiasm and a vibrant trading environment.
