These are the 21 new ministers of the Oli-led government

Singh and Paudel named Deputy Prime Ministers, Arzu Rana Minister for Foreign Affairs



KATHMANDU: Newly appointed Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN-UML, KP Sharma Oli, expanded his Cabinet on Monday.

Twenty one ministers from four parties were sworn in along with PM Oli.

Oli was appointed as the new Prime Minister under Article 76 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal after outgoing PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal failed to secure a vote of confidence.

Oli assumes office with the backing of lawmakers from the CPN-UML and Nepali Congress, the largest party in the House of Representatives.

The two parties have forged an alliance and agreed to share power at the central and provincial levels.

Of the 20 ministers, 10 represent Nepali Congress, eight UML, two Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), and one Loktantrik Samajbadi Party (LSP).

Ramnath Adhikari – Minister of Agriculture and Livestock
