Bhatbhateni owner Min Bahadur Gurung gets 2-year prison sentence in Lalitaniwas land grab scam



KATHMANDU: The Special Court on Thursday handed a 2-year prison sentence to Min Bahadur Gurung, the proprietor of Bhatbhateni Supermarket.

The bench, consisting of Special Court judges Khushi Prasad Tharu, Ram Bahadur Thapa, and Ritendra Thapa, declared Gurung guilty of the charges.
