Govt invites public complaints on proposed ambassadors



KATHMANDU: The government has invited public complaints regarding the 18 ambassadors recently proposed for various countries.

A meeting of the parliamentary hearing committee on Tuesday decided to open a 10-day window for the public to submit complaints against the proposed envoys.

The committee will review any complaints received during this period.

Following the review, a date will be set for the final hearing of the ambassadorial nominees.

The government had recommended the 18 ambassadors on July 30.
