Chair Nepal advocates political unity for prosperity



KATHMANDU: Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), has emphasized the necessity for political parties to align on matters concerning national unity and interests.

In his New Year 2081BS message delivered today, Chair Nepal stressed the importance of political parties coming together to fulfill the aspirations of the people for prosperity.

He highlighted the pivotal role of coordination and collaboration among political parties in nation-building and addressing national priorities.

Chair Nepal commended the significance of democracy, emphasizing the need for regular elections to uphold social justice, equality, inclusion, and participatory representation. He also emphasized the imperative of eradicating all forms of discrimination from society.

Additionally, Chair Nepal extended his heartfelt wishes for good health, happiness, and peace to all Nepalese, both within the country and abroad.

He urged political parties to play their part in driving social and economic transformation, thereby solidifying the gains of the federal democratic republic attained through years of struggle and sacrifice.
