Immigration Department extends service hours to 8 am to 8 pm



KATHMANDU: Starting today (February 13), the Department of Immigration has expanded its service hours to better accommodate the public.

Previously operating from 10 am to 5 pm, the Department will now provide services from 8 am to 8 pm.

This extension adds an extra 5 hours to the daily service period, with 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening.

In a notification, the Department highlighted that visa fee payments can only be processed through the online system before 10 am and after 5 pm.

This adjustment aims to streamline processes and enhance accessibility for individuals seeking immigration services.
