KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel offered Dasain tika to Prime Minister KP Oli on Saturday at the President’s residence, Sheetal Niwas.
Prime Minister Oli arrived at Sheetal Niwas to receive the tika and “Jamara” from President Paudel.
In light of the recent disaster, Prime Minister Oli announced that he would only be receiving tika at home and would not be conducting public offerings during Dashain.
