In a message of best wishes for the Bada Dashain festival, NC President Deuba extended his wishes for peace, prosperity, and happiness to all Nepalis.

He also acknowledged the recent disasters caused by floods and landslides, which resulted in numerous fatalities and left thousands homeless.

“This year, we are coming together for Dashain in this difficult moment. May Goddess Durga provide strength and power to all during this time,” he remarked.

President Deuba emphasized that Nepal’s multicultural, multilingual, and multi-ethnic landscape fosters unity in diversity, which is a core aspect of the nation’s identity. He noted that the festival symbolizes the victory of justice over injustice.
