Home Minister urges police personnel: Act swiftly against crimes without waiting for orders

KATHMANDU: Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has issued a directive to all police personnel, urging them not to delay in taking action against any form of criminal activity.

In a statement posted on his social media account, Home Minister Lamichhane emphasized the importance of swift action against illegal activities and crimes.

“If anyone or any group is found involved in illegal activities and crimes, there is no need to wait for orders to take action,” reads Lamichhane’s Facebook post.

Lamichhane, who was appointed Home Minister for the second time after the CPN (Maoist Center) joined hands with CPN-UML, RSP, JSP, and CPN (US), underscored the government’s commitment to combatting crime effectively.
