CPN-UML holding Secretariat meeting today

KATHMANDU: The Secretariat meeting of the CPN-UML is taking place today afternoon.

The meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday was postponed for today.

According to party leaders, the postponement came at the request of UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli due to insufficient preparation on the agenda.

Close sources suggest that the meeting was deferred due to concerns about Oli’s health.

Today’s agenda is supposed to cover recent political developments, criteria for ministerial participation in the government, and other pertinent issues.

This marks the second rescheduling of the Secretariat meeting since the agreement to form a coalition government with the Nepali Congress.
