PM Dahal and Indian PM Modi hold talks in New Delhi



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, who is on an official visit to India, met with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

In the meeting held last evening, the mutual relations and bilateral interests of Nepal and India were discussed.

Prime Minister Dahal’s secretariat stated that discussions were held regarding past agreements and contracts.

Prime Minister Dahal attended Modi’s swearing-in ceremony on Sunday evening.

He left Kathmandu for New Delhi on Sunday afternoon.

Along with Prime Minister Dagal, his daughter Ganga Dahal; Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Padam Giri; Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal, and other high-ranking government officials participated in PM Modi’s swearing-in ceremony in New Delhi on Sunday.

Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to return home on Monday evening.
