IN PICS: Budget session of parliament amidst opposition obstructions



KATHMANDU: The budget session of the parliament commenced amidst opposition obstructions at the federal parliament building in New Baneshwor on Friday.

The Nepali Congress, the main opposition party, along with other opposition parties, obstructed the proceedings of the budget session.

They vowed to continue obstructing further parliamentary proceedings unless a parliamentary committee is formed to investigate the cooperative fraud case.
