KATHMANDU: A meeting of the National Assembly (NA) under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to take place at Parliament Building, New Baneswor this afternoon.
The key agenda for the meeting involves discussions on the principles and priorities outlined in the Appropriation Bill for the upcoming financial year 2081-082 BS.
During the session, the Speaker of the National Assembly will nominate individuals who will preside over the meeting in the absence of both the Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
Additionally, the Speaker will set the date for the election of the National Assembly Speaker and propose the nomination and modification of members in the subject committees.
