Health Minister expresses commitment for result-oriented performance

DAMAULI: Minister for Health and Population Pradip Paudel said he was working with commitment for results.

At a training programme organized here today by the Nepali Congress (NC), Shuklagandaki municipal committee, he said he spent most of the time to closely understand the ministry and now is being focused to deliver results.

Minister Poudel said, “We have crafted a plan by incorporating fundamental aspects and now we are moving towards sincerely implementing it”.

Although it is difficult to bring results in a way that can be realized at once, the government will work to best serve the  interests of the people, he said.

In another context, Minister Poudel argued that the brand of a new party could not be established by merely abusing the legacy parties.

He noted that Nepal’s politics was suffering due to mismatch between the principles and the resources and practices to implement them.
