Gold price drops by Rs 4,000 per tola today



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the domestic market has decreased by Rs 4,000 per tola today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold is now fixed at Rs 141,000 per tola, while standard gold is trading at Rs 140,300 per tola.

On Friday, the price of fine gold had reached a record high of Rs 145,000 per tola.

Additionally, the price of silver stands at Rs 1,825 per tola today.

It is important to note that a tola is approximately 11.66 grams.
