KATHMANDU: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for Sunday has been postponed.

Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire, in a meeting with the chief whips of the political parties held at Baluwatar this morning, decided to defer the meeting.

Today’s session was intended to conduct ministry-wise discussions on various topics of the Appropriation Bill, 2081.

However, the meeting was postponed after parties requested more time to study the issues for discussion.

The HoR meeting is now rescheduled for Tuesday, June 11.
