Ambukhaireni-Muglin road to be closed for four hours today

KATHMANDU: The Ambukhaireni-Muglin road section of the Prithvi Highway will be closed to traffic for four hours today.

The closure will take place from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm to allow for landslide control work near the dam in Ambukhaireni Municipality-4.

The decision to close the road is due to the need to trim large stones on the hillside, according to Pashupati Gyawali, head of the district road division office.

The office has requested the District Administration Office and the District Police Office to assist in managing traffic on the highway during this period.
