Resignation of NTA Chairman Khanal amid controversies



KATHMANDU: The Chairman of the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA), Purushottam Khanal, has tendered his resignation from the position.

Chairman Khanal officially submitted his resignation to the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma.

The decision to step down comes against a backdrop of widespread disputes involving TERAMOCS, MDMS, and controversies surrounding the purchase and sale of Radio Nepal’s land.
