A girl goes missing in river



KAILALI: A girl has gone missing in a local Khutiya rivulet in the district on Sunday.

The girl gone missing is Jenisha Awasthi, 16, from Dhangadhi Sub-metropolis-14, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police at District Police Office, Kavindra Bohara.

The girl disappeared in the river while taking a bath together with his sister, Sabi Avasthi, 14.

Younger Sabi was rescued jointly by the police persons and locals while she was getting drowned. Sabi’s health condition is critical, the police added.
