Maoist Center withdraws support from Koshi provincial govt

KATHMANDU: The CPN (Maoist Center) has announced its decision to withdraw support from the Koshi provincial government. This decision was made during a parliamentary party meeting held earlier today.

As a result of this decision, ministers belonging to the Maoist Center in the provincial government are expected to resign from their respective posts.

Additionally, sources indicate that the CPN-UML is also poised to withdraw its support from the government in Koshi province.

The withdrawal of support from both major political parties underscores significant political shifts within the provincial government, potentially leading to changes in its composition and governance dynamics.
