NA election candidates register their nomination papers in Bagmati Province



MAKAWANPUR: Candidates of different political parties from Bagmati Province have registered their nomination papers for the National Assembly elections scheduled for January 25.

Jit Jung Basnet and Bishnu Devi Pudasaini of the Nepali Congress, Shree Krishna Adhikari of the CPN-Maoist Center, and Ghanshyam Rijal of the CPN-Unified Socialist from the ruling alliance registered their nomination paper at Bagmati Province Election Office, Makawanpur.

Similarly, Bibek Devkota, Trilochan Nirmal Poudel, Dhurba Raj Bishwokarma, and Roj Kumari Chaulagain from the main opposition party, CPN-UML, also registered their nomination.

Hem Jung Gurung, Purna Bahadur Bishwokarma, Bal Kumari Dhallakoti, and Bharatmani Bhatta from the Rastriya Prajatantra Party registered their nomination papers, said Province Chief Election Officer, Shree Prasad Sanjel.

Likewise, Shree Krishna Maharjan, Krishna Laxmi Duwal, Sangita Nepali, and Himalayashowr Mul from the Nepal Workers and Peasant Party filed their candidacy.
