NEPSE index up by 37.13 points to close at 2,690.72



KATHMANDU: The NEPSE Index on Monday rose by 37.13 points (1.39%), finishing at 2,690.72.

This follows a notable increase of approximately 93.22 points over the past two trading days, after a gain of 56.09 points yesterday.

During the trading session, the market displayed volatility, opening at 2,656.8 points and briefly dipping to an intraday low of 2,656.35 before climbing to a peak of 2,707.16 points.

By the close of the session, 305 stocks were traded through 73,119 transactions, resulting in a turnover of Rs. 7.09 billion with a total of 15,845,449 shares exchanged.
