KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has scheduled the full hearing on the writ petition filed by Ncell, a private mobile service provider company, for June 11.
The division bench comprising Justices Prakash Kumar Dhungana and Sunil Kumar Pokharel set the full hearing date during the session on Friday.
Ncell’s writ petition, filed against the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, has been marked for an expedited hearing.
The Supreme Court also noted that the written response from the opposition has already been submitted.
