2024 K-Culture Day celebrated in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nepal hosted the ‘2024 K-Culture Day’ at Hotel Himalaya on Friday.

The event featured a series of activities including the ‘2024 Quiz on Korea in Nepal,’ the ‘2024 Korean Speech Contest,’ and a ‘K-Culture Experience Event.’

The celebration was open to all enthusiasts of Korean culture in Kathmandu.

On the occasion, South Korea’s Ambassador to Nepal, Park Taeyoung, announced that the Embassy plans to organize various cultural, economic, and development programs throughout the year to mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Nepal.

He expressed confidence that such events will enhance cultural exchange and strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two countries.
