JSP Chairman Upendra Yadav holds talks with PM Dahal



KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Upendra Yadav, fresh from his return from America, held a meeting with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda at the official residence in Baluwatar on Tuesday morning.

According to Prime Minister Prachanda’s Press Adviser Gobinda Acharya, the meeting between Yadav and the Prime Minister took place at Baluwatar.

Following the discussions, Yadav emerged from Baluwatar and proceeded to attend a meeting called by the Speaker before making his way to Singha Durbar.

During Yadav’s absence, his party, JSP, underwent a split.

Seven members of JSP, out of its 12 MPs, left the party to form a new party.
