Citizens’ healthcare expectations still unfulfilled: Minister Yadav

CHITWAN: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population, Upendra Yadav, acknowledged that citizens’ expectations and needs regarding healthcare services have not been met.

During his visit to Bharatpur Hospital today, Minister Yadav addressed the media, stating, “The available healthcare facilities are insufficient.”

He highlighted that challenges such as human resource management, strengthening physical infrastructure, and proper utilization of equipment persist in the health sector.

Minister Yadav emphasized that the government is actively working to meet the healthcare needs of the people.

The Minister’s visit coincided with the 68th anniversary celebrations of Bharatpur Hospital.
