According to the Political Parties Act, if someone is found ineligible, the update is not carried out, and the previous leadership is maintained,” he stated.

Unified Socialist withdraws support from Sudurpaschim provincial govt
The CPN-Unified Socialist has officially announced the withdrawal of its support from the Sudurpaschim Provincial government. In a significant political move, the party has terminated its alliance with the Nepali Congress and has instead opted to join the new coalition government composed of the CPN-Maoist Center, CPN-UML, and RSP at the central level, effective Wednesday. As a consequence of this decision, the Unified Socialist has also withdrawn its support from the provincial government.
