PM Dahal addresses House of Representatives meeting

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is addressing the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting at the Federal Parliament Builiding in Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

Following the dissolution of the coalition with the Nepali Congress and the establishment of a new power arrangement, Prime Minister Dahal is addressing the House of Representatives meeting now.

The HoR meeting commenced an hour later than the originally scheduled time.

While Speaker Devraj Ghimire had instructed the government to respond to queries from opposition parties in the parliament on March 1, and Prime Minister Dahal was initially slated to address the parliament on March 4, the change in the ruling coalition has led to the Prime Minister addressing the House today.
