Minister Gurung directs for accessible communications service



MANANG: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has directed the authorities concerned to make the communications service further accessible and effective.

During his inspection of the District Post Office in Manang today, the Minister wanted the authorities concerned to ensure the communications service is accessible to the entire area. On the occasion, he interacted with locals regarding the quality of the telecommunications network in the area.

Similarly, following his visit to the district-based government offices, the government Spokesperson insisted on the need to accelerate the Besisahar-Chame road construction project.

People in no place should be denied the communications facilities. It is warranted to make the postal and telecommunications facilities further effective, according to the Minister.
