Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Friday).

The US dollar has reached its highest value ever, becoming the most expensive currency today.

The Euro and the Pound Sterling have also increased in value, while some other foreign currencies have depreciated.

According to the exchange rates published by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 134.08, and the selling rate is NPR 134.68. This is the highest value the US dollar has ever attained.

On Thursday, the buying rate for one US dollar was NPR 134.05, and the selling rate was NPR 134.65.

For today, the buying rate for one Euro is NPR 148.93, and the selling rate is NPR 149.60. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Euro was NPR 148.16, and the selling rate was NPR 148.82.

The buying rate for one British Pound Sterling today is NPR 176.64, and the selling rate is NPR 177.43. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Pound Sterling was NPR 175.80, and the selling rate was NPR 176.59.

The buying rate for one Australian Dollar today is NPR 90.24, and the selling rate is NPR 90.65. Yesterday, the buying rate for one Australian Dollar was NPR 90.09, and the selling rate was NPR 90.49.

According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 35.72, and the selling rate is NPR 35.88. Yesterday’s rates for the Saudi Riyal were the same.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Qatari Riyal remains at NPR 36.78, and the selling rate is NPR 36.95. Yesterday, the buying rate for the Qatari Riyal was NPR 36.78, and the selling rate was NPR 36.94.
