Flash floods inundated Balkhu on Saturday.
KATHMANDU: Flash floods have inundated areas of Balkhu situated along the banks of the Bagmati River on Saturday.
The water levels in the rivers of Kathmandu Valley saw a significant rise due to incessant rainfall since Friday.
