Four Chinese nationals arrested with illicit money

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested four Chinese individuals in possession of illicit money in Suryabinayak Municipality-10, Bhaktapur.

The arrestees were found with Rs 6,905,000, for which they could not provide a legitimate source.

The arrest was made during the inspection of a taxi with registration number Ba 2 Jha 516, en route to Jagati from Sanga.

According to the District Police of Bhaktapur, the individuals have been handed over to the Internal Customs Office in Bhaktapur for further action.
