Former King Gyanendra Shah receives warm welcome in Jumla

JUMLA: Former King Gyanendra Shah has arrived in Jumla to a warm reception.

A civic reception program is underway to welcome the former king in Khalanga, Jumla.

Supporters of the king, along with Rastriya Prajatantra Party spokesperson and lawmaker Gyanendra Shahi, welcomed him at the airport.

During his one-day visit to Jumla, Former King Gyanendra will also pay a visit to Chandannath Temple.

Lawmaker Shahi has coordinated the former King’s visit to Jumla.

After Jumla, the former king’s family is scheduled to return to Kathmandu on April 14 after touring various districts of Karnali Province.

The former king’s family is set to celebrate the new year in Nepalgunj.
