Meeting of five parliamentary committees taking place today



KATHMANDU: Five different committees under the Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today.

The Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee will convene at 11:00 AM at Singha Durbar to discuss amendments to the School Education Bill, 2080.

Simultaneously, the Parliamentary Hearing Committee will also meet at 11:00 AM at Singha Durbar to review the proposed Nepali ambassadors to various countries.

At the same time, the Law, Justice, and Human Rights Committee will gather at Singha Durbar to deliberate on a bill concerning legislative arrangements.

Later in the day, at 2:00 PM, the Legislation Management Committee will hold a meeting to discuss the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Bill, 2081 with experts.

Additionally, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will meet at 2:00 PM at Singha Darbar to examine its fifth annual report for the fiscal year 2080-81 BS.
