NC Vice President Khadka and leader Sitaula meet with PM Dahal in Baluwatar



KATHMANDU: Amid escalating tensions within the ruling coalition, Nepali Congress (NC) Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka and leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula engaged in discussions with Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda at Baluwatar on Monday morning.

Before the formal dissolution of the ruling coalition, NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba sent Khadka and Sitaula to Baluwatar to address the mounting crisis within the ruling coalition.

Sources from Baluwatar revealed that the two leaders spent an hour in discussion with Prime Minister Dahal.

“NC leaders Purna Bahadur Khadka and Krishna Prasad Sitaula entered Baluwatar, engaging in an hour-long discussion with the Prime Minister,” stated a Baluwatar source.
