KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has vested Chairman Rabi Lamichhane with the responsibility of deciding on crucial matters, such as forging new alliances and navigating power equations.
In a party Secretariat meeting held on Monday morning, a unanimous decision was reached to empower Chairman Lamichhane with the authority to make all significant decisions.
This includes determining the party’s stance on forming alliances and participating in government matters.
