KATHMANDU: Nepal is to host the next SAFF women’s football tournament.
The regional competition will be held from October 17 to 30 at Dasarath Stadium in Tripureshwar.
The meeting of the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF), held on Monday, decided to award Nepal the right to organize the competition, said Spokesman of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) Suresh Kumar Shah.
Along with Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh had also submitted a bid to host the tournament.
